Occupational Health (OH) is a support service which provides advice to keep staff well at work and facilitates the quick and safe return to work of any employees who have been off work through ill health. The service can support employers, providing advice and guidance to assist with all aspects of employee health and wellbeing.
The Service provides quick access to qualified, experienced and specialist OH Practitioners that are familiar with a variety of workplace settings. The service has been market tested and quality assured to ensure it offers excellent service and value for money. The service also includes access for each staff member to an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) which includes free counselling therapy sessions
